Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)

Our goal is to make this site accessible to people with disabilities and to provide equal service to all users. With that in mind, this site was designed to comply with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 and is intended to be accessible to everyone. Features of the site include the following: simple and clear navigation; content written clearly and simply, and organized according to a logical hierarchy; optimization for viewing on modern browsers; pages viewable on multiple screens and resolutions; pages with a fixed structure; textual alternative (alt) for graphic elements; and no moving or blinking text.
